Fall is upon us in Canada, and with it, another dynamic and eclectic edition of JLF Toronto! Thanks to the support of Canada Council for the Arts (Digital Now grant) and our partners, we are delighted to present A Literary Love Letter to Canada, a virtual weekend Festival. Do join us for engaging and inspiring conversations with internationally acclaimed writers from across Canada and beyond on thought-provoking subjects including migration, women uninterrupted, food and culture, and diaspora literature.

This year’s FREE program includes conversations with actor and writer, Diksha Basu, author and activist Jael Richardson, writer and opera librettist Maria Reva, media personality, singer and activist Mozdah Jamalzadaheditor and journalist Pragya Tiwari, and writer and editor Siddhesh Inamdar among others. JLF Toronto 2022 will also showcase the powerful poetic expressions of Dr Afua Cooper, Louise Bernice Halfe – Sky Dancer, and Neil Daswani; and feature incredible music by JUNO award nominee and Billboard charting band Sultans of String

As always, we are most grateful for your support of JLF Toronto. Do join us in November and champion our efforts to celebrate Canadian and global literary and musical talent.
